Return Policy

The return and exchange policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days. The 14 day return window begins the day that the order is delivered. There are no exchanges for any pieces.

Engraved and custom products:

All items that are engraved or custom are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.

All other products:

All return products must be:

unworn
in its original condition with all tags attached (if any)
in the original packaging (box included)

If the returned item does not meet the return guidelines above, Voscari has the right to deny the return and re-ship the item to the customer.

Voscari does not cover the cost of shipping for any returned items.

Once the item is received a refund will be issued within thirty days of receipt of the returned item.

Refunds/returns are not available for lost packages.

*In the unlikely event of a purchase thought to be defective/impaired, the item must be returned at the customers' disbursement, all items will be reviewed on legitimacy of the specified claim, and all final decisions will be made by Voscari.
